Appointments & Booking

How do I book an appointment?


Appointments can be booked online through our booking portal. Simply select your service, provider, and preferred time. If you need help choosing a service, our team is always happy to guide you.

Do you accept walk-ins?


Gypsy Aesthetic Co. operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives a personalized experience. Same-day appointments may be available if openings exist.

Do I need a deposit?


Some services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits go toward your service total and help protect appointment availability.

What is your cancellation policy?


We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or deposit forfeiture.

What if I am running late?


If you are more than 10–15 minutes late we may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna so you can invest in your self-care comfortably.

Can I purchase packages or memberships?


Yes. We offer service packages and maintenance memberships designed to help you maintain your results while saving money.

I received a coupon or promo code for a service. How do I book and redeem it?

To redeem a promo code or coupon for a service at Gypsy Aesthetic Co., simply book your appointment online at the regular listed price. Your promo code will be applied and redeemed in person at the time of your service. ✨

If you received a promo code for a product purchase in our online store, you can enter the code directly during the checkout process before completing your order. 🛍️

Preparing For Your Visit

How should I prepare for my appointment?


Preparation depends on the service, but general recommendations include:

• Arrive with clean skin (no makeup or lotions when possible)
• Follow any prep instructions sent before your appointment
• Complete required consent forms before arrival
• Arrive 5 minutes early to relax and settle in

You will receive specific preparation instructions for services like lash extensions, spray tanning, waxing, and IV therapy.

What should I wear?


Wear comfortable clothing. For services like spray tanning or body treatments, loose dark clothing is recommended afterward.

How long do results last?


Results vary by service:

• Lash extensions: typically 2–4 weeks with fills
• Lash lift & tint: 6–8 weeks
• Spray tan: 10–14 days with proper care
• Waxing: 3–6 weeks depending on growth cycle
• Facials: results vary based on treatment plan
• IV therapy: benefits vary by individual goals

How do I know which service is right for me?

Due to space and relaxation considerations, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless previously approved.

Do you offer refunds?


Due to the nature of services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. We always strive to ensure satisfaction and will work with you if concerns arise.
