Ashley is the founder of Gypsy Aesthetic Co. and has been part of the beauty and wellness industry since 2008. Beginning her journey in cosmetology before later becoming a Registered Nurse, Ashley spent years working in the medical field before ultimately returning to her creative roots during the pandemic, where she rediscovered her passion for beauty, artistry, and client connection.
Today, Ashley specializes in lash artistry and permanent makeup, blending creativity, technical precision, and a deeply personalized approach into every experience she provides. Known for her ability to truly listen to her clients, she focuses on customizing each appointment to ensure clients leave feeling confident, understood, and completely aligned with the look they envisioned.
Ashley’s approach combines beauty, wellness, artistry, and comfort, creating experiences that feel both elevated and deeply personal. Whether she’s performing lash services, permanent makeup, or simply connecting with clients, her goal is always the same: helping people feel like the best version of themselves.
Outside the studio, Ashley loves spending time with her four children, experiencing life alongside them, and embracing the balance between motherhood, creativity, and entrepreneurship. She’s also a proud chicken mom to eight backyard chickens, adding a little extra personality and charm to her everyday life. ✨

Since entering the beauty industry in 2017, Chary has been passionate about helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. Known for her calming presence, gentle touch, and relaxing treatment room energy, she creates experiences that feel both restorative and uplifting.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Chary often jokes that she’s “half therapist, half esthetician,” bringing emotional warmth and genuine care into every appointment. Her approach is rooted in helping clients slow down, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed both inside and out.
When she’s not at the studio, Chary loves spending quality time with her family and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves most. Family time remains her favorite way to reset and recharge. ✨
